Disadvantaged worker Zhou Siyun is a female worker in the assembly workshop of the Risun Shock Absorption Branch. In 2023, her young child was unfortunately diagnosed with leg deformities and underwent multiple hospital surgeries for correction, which has cost a lot of money. Further treatment is needed, and her family has become impoverished due to illness. The condolence group inquired in detail about her child's physical condition, family life, and work situation, encouraging her to actively seek treatment with her child and strive to overcome the disease as soon as possible. They also advised her and families to take good care of their health, live an optimistic life, and bravely face difficulties. And instruct the accompanying personnel to effectively do a good job in the care and assistance work of the labor union, to solve the problems of difficult workers, and to make them feel the care and warmth of the labor union organization at all times. When receiving the condolence money from the company's union, Zhou Siyun expressed deep gratitude.

 

 

This condolence activity helped more than 10 disadvantaged employees, timely delivering the care of the enterprise and the help of the union to the employees; The disadvantaged employees who have received assistance have expressed that they will stand firm in their positions, fulfill their duties, and work hard to repay the company in their future work and life.
